How to Cancel Your DashReels Subscription

Your subscription can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling ensures you won't be charged for future billing cycles. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Important

There are two important steps to complete cancellation:

Cancel Directly in the DashReels App

Open the DashReels app
Go to Profile
Tap on Premium Plan
Select Cancel Subscription from the popup

Tap Cancel Mandate

Critical Step

Both the in-app cancellation and UPI mandate cancellation must be completed to fully stop future charges.

Refund Policy

We issue refunds only under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only if no content has been consumed after subscription activation (mandate execution).

Amount

You will receive a full refund.

Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–9 business days after initiation.

Deactivation

Once your refund is initiated, your subscription will be immediately deactivated.

Non-eligible Cases

Refunds are not available if content has been consumed.
